§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Minister of Transport whether she will publish in HANSARD details of all price increases notified to her Department since 20th July, 1966; which of these are still in operation; and which of these received her approval and sanction.
§ Mr. John MorrisThe information given to the Department in connection with the advance notification arrangements specified in paragraphs 8 and 9 of the White Paper on the Prices and Incomes Standstill (Cmnd. 3073) is confidential and it would, therefore, be inappropriate to provide the details requested.
Since 20th July, 1966, however, the Department has received two such notifications of proposed price increases and both are still under consideration.
