Mr Edward M. Taylorasked the Prime Minister if he will arrange for a suitably qualified governmental committee to investigate the feasibility and desirability 369W of establishing a National Disaster Relief Fund, to which contributions could be made voluntarily at all times, and with powers flexible enough to permit the distribution of immediate and generous assistance to the families of victims of national disasters.
