§ Mr. JayMy right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer and I mentioned several in our speeches in the Economic Debate last week, including improved E.C.G.D. facilities for certain countries and increased rates of export abate to reflect changes in the level of certain taxes. The British Standards Institution has recently introduced a pilot330W scheme for giving technical help to exporters in connection with standards used in overseas countries. I am considering further measures and shall continue to announce them when they are ready.
