Member for Ilford, North, was not employed by his Department locally this Christmas as he has been in the past; and if he will take steps to give this veteran soldier his rights.
§ Mr. Joseph SlaterThis ex-Service man's conduct and performance of duty when he was last employed by us was unsatisfactory and we are not now prepared to accept him for further employment. I will reply separately to the communication from the hon. Member.
