§ 71. Sir J. Langford-Holtasked the President of the Board of Trade, in view of the fact that the Airports Authority is acting illegally and contrary to Section 1 of the Resale Prices Act 1964 in that it does not permit concessionaires of shops in airports to sell goods below a minimum price stipulated by the Authority, whether he will now seek an injunction, under Section 4(3) of the Act, to restrain it.
§ Mr. MasonI do not accept that the British Airports Authority is acting illegally since Section 1 of the Resale Prices Act, 1964, applies to suppliers of goods.
