§ Mr. EnnalsThis Territorial Army Centre (apart from its garages, which are required for the Territorial and Army Volunteer Reserve) will be disposed of in accordance with normal procedure. If there is no other Government use for it, it will be offered for sale to the local authority; if they do not buy it, it will be sold on the open market.
