§ 63. Sir R. Russellasked the Postmaster-General if he is aware that until recently business firms in Llanover Road, Wembley, used to receive their first delivery of mail by van between 7.45 a.m. and 8 a.m., but that now it is delivered by postman between 9.15 a.m. and 9.30 a.m. with consequent inconvenience to the firms affected; and if he will arrange for the restoration of an earlier delivery time.
