§ Mrs. WhiteAn important part of our Information work in the United States is the annual lecture programme which normally includes one hon. Member from each side of this House. The Foreign Office pays their travelling expenses and a subsistence allowance of 25 dollars a day. We have invited the hon. Gentleman the Member for East Grinstead (Mr. G. Johnson Smith), an experienced lecturer and broadcaster, to lecture in the United States next March.
