Rawlinsonasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many persons serving sentences of life imprisonment who had been released on 284W licence were recalled to prison within the past five years; and how many such persons have been subsequently released on licence on a second occasion, giving the dates of recall and release thereafter.
§ Mr. Roy JenkinsSix, two of whom have been released on licence a second time. These two were recalled on 24th July, 1963, and 10th July, 1964, and released on 31st August, 1964, and 11th May, 1966, respectively.
