Friend to paragraph 20 of the White Paper "Prices and Incomes Standstill Period of Severe Restraint" (Cmnd. 3150) published on 22nd November, which gives the Government's views on council house rents and recognises that some increases may be inevitable. I am in communication with my hon. Friend on the particular question of rents in Harrow.
