§ Mr. MacCollI take it that my hon. Friend has in mind the Birstol Rent Assessment Panel, which started operations on 16th March, 1966. As at 26th November committees of this Panel had determined rents under regulated tenancies in 29 cases and 6 cases awaited consideration.
