§ Mr. DarlingIt is important at all times, and especially in our present balance of payments position, that the greatest possible use should be made of waste materials and redundant plant. A number of bodies in the private sector, notably the National Industrial Salvage & Recovery Association, carry out valuable work in encouraging such action by industry and certain Government research establishments are also active in this field. I consider that these arangements are adequate.
