§ Mr. Wingfield Digbyasked the Minister of Health whether he is aware that many retired physiotherapists are unwilling to act as locums for short periods because they must now be State registered and pay an initial five guineas and two guineas annually out of their earnings; and whether he will now waive these requirements in order to keep all clinics open during the holidays.
