Mr. John Pageasked the Minister of Health when he intends to make regulations regarding the charging of fees to companies who require medical certificates from doctors concerning illnesses of their employees, as such certificates do not fall within the duties of doctors towards their patients under the National Health Service.
§ Mr. K. RobinsonI have no power to make such regulations, but I hope that demands for such certificates can be further reduced.
