§ Mr. William RodgersThe criteria for prices and incomes behaviour set out in White Papers Cmnd. 3073 and 3150 are expected to apply to charges or fees of self-employed persons but the requirements under the White Papers relating to prior notification do not extend to professional fees.
I am glad to say however that the response of professional bodies to the Government's call for a standstill and a period of severe restraint has been good.
