§ Mr. AlbuThis review is a comprehensive survey of the Yorkshire and Humberside Region. It contains a wide variety of proposals involving action by people in the region as well as by Government. There must now be a proper opportunity124W for assessing the region's reactions to the survey, while full consideration will be given by Departments to the proposals addressed to the Government.
