§ Mr. Emrys Hughesasked the Minister o Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what decision has been taken on the commodities to be supplied by the United Kingdom to the World Food Programme.
§ Mr. PeartOf our pledge for 1966–68 of $6.2 million, half is to be given in cash—which will mainly be spent on shipping and insurance costs—and half in commodities. After consultation with the Executive Director of the World Food Programme, it has been decided that our commodity contribution should include dried egg, dried skimmed milk and canned fish. Over the period we shall be in touch with the Executive Director about the quantities to be supplied and about other details.
