§ Mr. Edwin Wainwrightasked the Minister of Transport if she will make a statement on the action being taken to 473W remove the hardships experienced by people working in, or visiting, Barnsley from the Wombwell and Wath-upon-Dearne districts due to the closure of the road bridge lying between Wombwell and Stairfoot.
§ Mr. SwinglerThe bridge is being repaired as quickly as possible, and should be open to road traffic early next week.
