§ Mr. Cledwyn HughesAll the deliberations of the Welsh Economic Council are relevant to economic planning for Wales, and I shall consult the Council further about the White Paper which my Department is now preparing in conjunction with numerous other departments and other bodies. As to the date of publication, I would refer the hon. Member to the reply given by my hon. Friend the Minister of State to the hon. Member for Monmouth (Mr. Anderson) on 21st July.
