§ 62. Mr. Carlisleasked the Minister of Technology whether he proposes to implement the recent agreed pay award to assistant design engineers employed by the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority, in view of the fact that other drawing office grades of employees have had their pay awards implemented and back dated to 1st January, 1965.
§ Mr. BennI understand from the Authority that the pay of the assistant design engineer grade was the subject of a commitment that had not been implemented. Payment has therefore been deferred in accordance with Cmnd. 3073.
