Member should be sent to the hon. Member concerned and not to the prospective 404W Parliamentary candidate in the constituency.
§ The Prime MinisterNo. I do not think that an instruction from me would be appropriate. If, however, the hon. and learned Member would care to let me have details of any particular case he has in mind I will certainly look at it.
