§ 82. Mr. David Mitchellasked the Postmaster-General, whether he will commemorate the English victory in the World Soccer Cup Final by making a fresh issue of World Cup stamps over printed, England 30th July, 1966, or similar wording.
§ Mr. Joseph SlaterMy right hon. Friend has already arranged to issue a stamp for this occasion, using the design of the 4d. World Cup stamp with the addition of the caption "England: Winners". The stamp will be on sale on 18th August at post offices in England only.
