§ Mr. MulleyThe change over from Heralds to Viscounts, which has already begun and will be completed towards the end of this year, should greatly increase the capacity B.E.A. is able to offer on the Scottish Highland services. These and other improvements are matters which are regularly discussed between B.E.A. and the Highland Transport Board.
