§ Mr. SwinglerMy right hon. Friend is now considering objections to her proposals for the eastern 19 miles of the route published last February, and she expects to publish her proposals for the remainder of the route within the next few months. It is too early to say when tenders will be called for, but we expect the whole motorway to be in use by 1971.
