Osbornasked the Minister of Transport what effect the cut-back in the road programme will have on the M1 Yorkshire motorway; and if she will publish in the Official Report the completion date agreed in the placing of contracts for each section of the motorway under construction, and the revised dates resulting from the cut-back.
