§ Mr. AlbuThe hon. Member will have seen the White Paper on Prices and Incomes Standstill (Cmnd. 3073). The 305W Government have emphasised the great and continuing importance they attach to voluntary co-operation in implementing the standstill. Further statutory powers are now provided for in the Prices and Incomes Bill.
