§ Mr. Brooksasked the Minister of Transport whether the recent proposals to increase the tolls on the Mersey Tunnel are now to be subject to the Government's prices policy.
§ Mr. SwinglerThe Mersey Tunnel Joint Committee applied on 28th July for authority to revise its tolls. In dealing with the application we shall have full regard to the principles of the prices standstill.
