§ Mr. PrenticeThe answer to the first part of the Question is "No." The offices in Lagos are to be erected on a valuable site given to us by the Nigerian Government at the time of Independence for this specific purpose.
The project for Kaduna was abandoned earlier this year when it was found possible to extend the lease of the present offices.
