asked the First Secretary of State and Secretary of State for Economic Affairs why copies of the planning survey prepared by the East Anglia Planning Council have not been sent to East Anglian Members of Parliament.

The East Anglia Council has not prepared a planning survey. A statistical review of population and employment trends has been prepared by the East Anglia Planning Board for the Council. This is at present under examination.
