§ Mr. Clark Hutchisonasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer, in view of the Government's present policies, if he proposes to reduce the grants to the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association and the Inter-Parliamentary Union.
§ Mr. CallaghanI propose to ask these organisations to exercise the greatest economy, particularly as regards expenditure involving foreign exchange, during the remainder of 1966–67. The level of grants-in-aid in future years will be reviewed in the autumn as part of the Estimates exercise.
