Erringtonasked the Postmaster-General whether he is aware that letters posted in Liverpool before 5.45 p.m. do not reach the House of Commons on the following morning, and that on occasions there have been 24 hours' delay before delivery; and whether he will take steps to ensure in future that letters so posted will be at the House of Commons by the first delivery on the morning following dispatch.
