HC Deb 03 August 1966 vol 733 c145W
Mr. Alfred Morris

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what progress has been made with the appeal entered in March 1966 against the sentence imposed by a Spanish military tribunal on the British subject Stuart Christie.

Mrs. White

Mr. Christie's appeal is still under consideration by the Spanish authorities, to whom Her Majesty's Embassy in Madrid has expressed the hope that it will be considered sympathetically.
