asked the Minister of Transport if she will seek to relieve teachers of rural homecraft from the obligation to pay goods duty on their vehicles when they carry in their motor cars small items of equipment for demonstration purposes.

The goods rate of duty does not apply to ordinary motor cars. My right hon. Friend can see no grounds for making special exceptions when goods vehicles, including estate cars, are used.
