§ Mr. HealeyI would refer my hon. Friend to the Answer I gave today to the hon. Member for St. Albans (Mr. Goodhew). It would be misleading to give a separate figure for the savings achieved by withdrawals from Borneo; the savings have to be assessed in a wider context.
