No. 1632, 1963, he will introduce an Order in Council to incorporate into the legal system of the British Antarctic Territory the enlarged Admiralty jurisdiction conferred on the High Court of the United Kingdom by the Administration of Justice Act, 1956; if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. StonehouseAs indicated in the reply to a similar question by the hon. and learned Member on 2nd November last there is no practical purpose served by incorporating the enlarged Admiralty jurisdiction into the legal system of the territories.
