§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will make a statement on his recent visit to Bonn, and to what extent his discussions with the representatives of the West German Government have ensured that the whole of Great Britain's foreign exchange commitments in keeping troops in Germany will be met by the West German Government 64W either in actual hard currency or West German Deutsche Mark purchases from this country.
