Mr. Hugh Jenkinsasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he will make representations to the International Control Commission in Vietnam that they should take steps to enable them to obtain information on the number of children killed, seriously but not fatally burned, or mutilated in other ways, by attacks from aircraft.
