Mr. MacArthur

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will list in the OFFICIAL REPORT the capital expenditure projects in Scotland which will be affected by measures announced on 20th July;

(2) if he will list the road building projects which will be deferred or cut in Scotland following the measures announced on 20th July.
