§ Dame Joan Vickersasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what recommendations he will make concerning women jurors following the Morris Report on the Reorganisation of Juries.
§ Mr. TaverneThe Government intend to introduce legislation on the lines proposed by the Morris Committee. This will have the effect, amongst other things, of greatly increasing the number of women qualified for jury service.
