§ Mr. Fortescueasked the Minister of Health what arrangements are made, or can be made, to provide four-seater invalid cars for paraplegics with families, on payment by the paraplegic of the difference between the cost of the four-seater and that of the single-seater invalid car to which he is at present entitled free of charge.
