§ Mr. William Hamiltonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether he will now publish in full the results of his inquiry into the Cadco affair; and whether legal action has been, or is to be, taken against any person or persons involved.
§ Mr. RossThe results of the various inquiries which have been made on the Government's behalf should not be published piecemeal. Any question of legal action depends on the outcome of further inquiries being made by the Lord Advocate following reference to him of the report made to the Board of Trade under the Companies Acts.
