§ Mr. PadleyThe discussions we have so far had with the Spanish Government have concerned only the circumstances in which the two Governments could hold talks about Gibraltar. These discussions continue and we are at present awaiting the response of the Spanish Government to an approach made recently by Her Majesty's Ambassador at Madrid.
