Member for Orkney and Shetland (Mr. Grimond), my right hon. Friend the Member for Vauxhall (Mr. Strauss), my hon. Friends the Members for Barking (Mr. Driberg) and94W Rutherglen (Mr. Gregor Mackenzie), the right hon. Gentleman the Member for Bedford (Mr. Soames), the hon. Gentleman the Member for Shrewsbury (Sir John Langford-Holt), and the right hon. Gentleman the Member for Thirsk and Malton (Mr. Turton).
The Committee's terms of reference are
To consider suitable arrangements for perpetuating the memory of Sir Winston Churchill within the Palace of Westminster; and to advise Her Majesty's Government on the form, siting and commissioning of a memorial.
