§ Mr. Tom FraserDraft amendments to Construction and Use Regulations to require improved braking efficiencies for new goods vehicles were circulated on 1st September and I am now considering the observations I have received upon them. In consultation with my Working60W Party on Brakes I am also considering strengthening the braking requirements for existing vehicles.
