§ Mr. BennThe existing arrangements for ensuring that subscribers are not charged for wrong numbers, will not be affected by the introduction of all-figure dialling. Subscribers at present report wrong numbers to the operator who either establishes a call without further charge or arranges for a credit to be recorded.
