§ Mr. Tom FraserCertain suppliers have made representations about outstanding debts due by the contractor. As I have already told the right hon. Member by letter, a receiver and manager for the company has been appointed and I am taking all steps necessary to protect the interests of the Ministry, but my Department cannot accept any responsibility for the debts of the company.
