§ Mr. MacCollMy right hon. Friend has read the Press cutting and letter which my hon. Friend forwarded. As the Press cutting says, a working party is considering how to increase waste paper supplies. Their report should be ready within a few weeks, and my right hon. Friend and his right hon. Friend the President of the Board of Trade will then consider what action is appropriate.
