§ Mr. Carlisleasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department, if he will now publish the first report of the Probation Research Project which was set up in 1962, including a description of the pilot study carried out in Middlesex, in view of his answer to the hon. Member for Runcorn on 12th April, 1965 that he hoped to publish this report soon.
