§ Mr. DiamondIt is proposed that the Parliamentary Commissioner should look into complaints about matters controlled by Her Majesty's Government in Westminster and make reports to this House. It would not be appropriate for him to report here on matters controlled by Her Majesty's Government in Northern Ireland, which is responsible to the Northern Ireland Parliament.
