§ Mr. Howeasked the Minister of Health what consideration he has given to Recommendation 57 of the Franks Committee, Command Paper No. 218, that appeals from disciplinary decisions of executive councils should be heard by the National Health Service Tribunal and not by himself; and whether he will now give effect to this recommendation.
